How do I pledge?
First, decide which type of Chamber you would like (if you want both, don’t worry! I’ll cover that!). The Dice Chamber is the smaller box, perfect for one set of dice, or two minis. The Essential Chamber is the larger box, with 10 different foam insert options.
Second, decide which type of wood you would like. They are broken up into three categories (and prices); the Naiad Series, the Auloniad Series, and the Oread Series. You can learn more about those below.
Next, decide on any add-ons you would like, such as art engraving, or extra foam inserts, or the leather strap.
Finally, select the appropriate pledge tier, and enter the total amount (for Chambers plus add ons).
If you have any trouble at all, feel free to contact me!

How do I care for my Chamber?
It’s very easy, and if everything goes well, you won’t have to do a thing! The wood has an extremely protective finish, and shouldn’t ever need upkeep. The liner and foam are also as durable as possible. BUT, you shouldn’t keep your Chamber in a super sunny or humid environment. It’s best to store it in a cool, dry place. If it ever does get wet, just dry it as soon as possible. And if you ever do need to clean if for some reason, gently wipe it down with a damp towel, and they immediately dry it.

How durable are the Chambers?
Pretty darn. These are designed with protection and travel in mind. They are constructed to be strong, and even have a really durable finish. However, you can expect some normal wear and tear, if you’re a bit rough with it, and that’s okay! Only armor untested in battle remains shiny.

Will my Chamber look exactly like the one in the photo?
Not exactly. None of my Chambers are dyed or stained, so if you order Tigerwood, you’re getting the real deal. Additionally, I absolutely guarantee that you will receive the wood you selected. But, the nature of an organic material, such as wood, is that its appearance varies. The color and grain might be slightly different than in the picture, but that’s what makes each Chamber unique! Again, you will absolutely receive the wood that you pledged for!
It is also important to note that some of the more brightly colored woods (such as Purpleheart, Padauk, or Yellowheart) might change a bit over time. The hue might deepen or darken, but it will always be beautiful! Many woods are also sensitive to UV light, especially Purpleheart.

Will the art engraving show up on all woods?
I’ll engrave artwork on any wood, but the truth is that some woods take to the engraving a bit better than others. Most of the woods will be totally fine! Even walnut, a dark wood, looks great with engraving, and you can see it very clearly. The only two woods to worry about are Bocote and Wenge. Bocote is very dense, so it engraves clearly, but not very darkly. So if you’re okay with the engraving looking a bit more like a carving, then go for it! Wenge, on the other hand, is just really dark. Nearly black. The engraving will be there, but you might not see it from across the room. If you want the artwork to be a nice little detail that you only notice up close, then Wenge is a great option. If you really want to show off some of that artwork, Cherry, Yellowheart, and Purpleheart all take engraving the best (but the other woods still look great!)

What is BackerKit?
BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!
The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.
How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
